Thanks for the infographic – I live in the UK. I have three hens: a Miss Pepperpot (a Rhode Island Red crossed with a Maran and a Plymouth Rock), a Light Sussex and a Bluebelle (a Maran and Rhode Island Red hybrid). I’m not a great egg lover so it helps that I know where my eggs are from and, as I’m vegetarian, that they’re not fertilised!
