Constructed of stainless steel, the unit has a large flange and is sized for four 12 inch x 20 inch full size pans. It's 6-3/8 inch deep, so 6 inch deep pans are perfectly fitted, but they aren't included. You don't add water to the unit, so you don't need a drain. Additionally, since there isn't steam, you won't have to deal with steam burns, or lime and scale build-up. It's thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10, and the control can be remotely mounted on a wall or flush-mounted on the counter.
