Description

When you need a heated display is what you need, but the floor space just isn't there, a counter top Halo Heat Hot Deli Display Case could provide the perfect solution. Here's a 4 foot long full-service case with black accents which is roomy enough for three full-size pans. Its curved glass front lifts to a right angle to simplify cleaning. The glass is edged by a rubber gasket which buffers it from rough use. A front-mounted heat guard makes standing near the warm case a comfortable experience for your diners. Two overhead lighting zones brighten the case with the use of a total of six coated shatter proof bulbs. Each lighting zone has its own power switch. The build-up of condensation is staunched because you don't add water to this display. Halo Heat rises carefully from the bottom of the case to envelope your foods in still warmth which doesn't create dehydration or the merging of flavors, which are both concerns with moving air. Both heating zones are thermostatically controlled, with setting ranges between 1 and 10, and individual heat indicator lights. You may access the case for stocking, serving and cleaning through sliding glass doors on its reverse side. The mirrored interior of these doors allows a view of the far side of your cooking to be seen by diners on the front of the case. Four inch legs are supplied with this model.
