It comes with 3 double buffet servers that hold can hold up to 6 half sized pans of hot food. Eachseparate serving area comes with a rolling polycarbonate lid and stainless steel pan holder which make displaying your final product both easy and elegant. This model also comes with 5 drawers that make it possible to store anything else you may need for those busy functions where you are not able to leave your station.
