The seamless, one-piece 20-gauge 300 series stainless steel work surface ensures long-lasting performance and easy maintenance. For added convenience, an optional stainless steel removable plate rest offers a stable 7" wide area for efficient service. The scratch-resistant vinyl-clad steel in a rich black finish provides a sleek, professional appearance, while the storage base with doors offers ample space for supplies. The fully enclosed, clear acrylic breath guard ensures food safety with a 12" clearance for easy access.
This unit features a non-refrigerated 6" deep well with foamed-in-place polyurethane foam insulation to maintain temperature consistency. Cleanup is a breeze with the integrated 1" drain. Optional factory-installed UL-listed 120-volt incandescent lighting assembly allows you to showcase food in a dramatic light, enhancing customer appeal.
