Hospitals and hotels should find this cart to even be adequate for their massive need to serve warm meals quickly. Stacks of covered plates, covered or uncovered plate trays, and trays for banquet service can all be accommodated with this cart. Heat is evenly distributed in this thermostatically controlled marvel. The temperature range to from 60 to 200F, and can be set or adjusted with the up-and-down arrows on the cart. There's an ON/OFF switch as well. The Unit features Dutch doors and a stainless steel interior. There are eight chrome plated wire shelves available with this unit, and additional shelves can be purchased as an option. It's maneuvered with ease, because there are two transport handles on each side of the cart, and four casters, two of which are rigid, with the other two being swivel type, with locking brakes. A bumper around the bottom of the cart protects the walls of your facility and the meals you're serving from pings and jolts as you meander through your route.
