With two individual adjustable thermostatic controls, this food well has two 12” x 20” full-size pan capacities and holds 4” deep pans. A simple electrical hookup is all this unit needs, with no water, plumbing, or water related installation or service costs. The wide flange option on this model, provides decor match capability with Alto-Shaam refrigerated drop-in food wells. The rising food and labor costs, can make your own pursuit of restaurant perfection an expensive experience. This drop-in food well will save you time and money! The Halo Heat Technology offers a longer holding capability without the hazards and costs associated with steam-heated equipment. Because these drop-in food wells do not use or need water or plumbing; the undercounter space typically reserved for plumbing connections, can be used to support your hot food stations with under-counter heated or refrigerated storage.
