You know Halo Heat has the upper hand when it comes to keeping foods in their ideal state, but you may think it's only available in large pieces of equipment. That's not the case. You can add the 4-3/8 inch stainless steel electric drop-in Halo Heat Hot Food Well Unit with a large flange to your front-of-the-house if you have a self-service counter-top with a sneeze guard and overhead lighting or a prep table for plating hot foods. Here's a unit made to hold three 12 inch x 20 inch full-size pans, which aren't included. It's also thermostatically controlled, with a setting range of 1 to 10 and a heat indicator light. The control is attached to the well by a flexible water-tight 36 inch tether, and can be flush-mounted to the counter-top. You don't add water to the well, so you don't need a drain. The build up of lime and scale deposits is eliminated, and steam burns are prevented as well. Built based on the precepts of EcoSmart technology, the unit is environmentally sound, a great choice for your cooking, and a means to lowering energy costs.
