The speed of convection cooking has been merged with the gentleness of steam cooking. The Prodigi Classic Combination Oven/Steamer brings it all to the table. This countertop gas model is boiler-free, so maintenance, operational costs and down time have been reduced. It's fabricated of stainless steel, and comes supplied with space for 7 full size sheet pans and 16 full size hotel pans. With its triple pane window, heat is retained in the oven and viewing without fear of being burned is possible. The oven needs zero clearance, so adding it to your kitchen line requires as little hood and floor space as possible. Adjustable legs support the oven. Three cooking modes, steam, convection and combi, are used to prepare your meals. A cool down mode is added to quickly reduce the temperature in your oven. SafeVent is the function which protects you by automatically releasing steam before the termination of a cooking cycle. The oven relies EcoSmart technology to use electricity carefully and improve your energy costs.
