This rugged Heavy Duty Wok Range features aTempura style 3-Ring burner 90,000 BTUs with full size removable stainless steel grease pan. Created for high-traffic restaurant environments with heavy guage stainless steel top, front and sides, and welded in 2” high Wok opening.

Specifications

  • Dual control valves, one for inner and middle Rings, second for the outer Ring.
  • 8" high opening for a 16 inch (diameter) wok.
  • One year parts and labor warranty.
