The Dual BrewWISE® ThermoFresh® DBC® Brewer is a state-of-the-art coffee brewing solution designed to deliver optimal flavor and efficiency. Utilizing advanced Digital Brewer Control, this brewer works seamlessly with insulated ThermoFresh servers to maintain the perfect temperature and taste for hours without the need for energy-consuming warming plates. Its energy saver mode reduces tank temperature during idle periods, making it an environmentally friendly choice for busy cafes, restaurants, or offices. The brewer also features pre-infusion, pulse brew, and digital temperature control to ensure precise coffee extraction, while the variable by-pass feature allows for easy coffee strength adjustments to suit individual preferences.
For enhanced safety and convenience, the brewer includes funnel locks and SplashGard® funnels to protect users from hot liquids. Operators can create custom coffee recipes, display messages on the brewer's LCD, and utilize dedicated funnels for specialty coffees using the BrewWISE Recipe Writer. The Smart Funnel with SplashGard® offers a wireless interface for error-free operation with other BrewWISE equipment. With the capacity to brew up to 18.9 gallons of coffee per hour, this brewer is ideal for high-demand settings. Please note that ThermoFresh® servers are sold separately unless otherwise specified. The brewer is backed by a preventive maintenance kit (39641.0000) to ensure long-lasting performance and reliability.
