This multi-level buffet server comes with two 20 in. stainless steel warming surfaces. You can adjust the heat on both the top and bottom of this warmer to any temperature between 155 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit thanks to the variable heat controls on each level and the signal lights on the rear of this model let you know when the right temp. has been reached.
