This high-performancecounter-topConvection Oven is aversatileway to add convection cooking to small and on-the-go kitchens. The easy to operate oven features time and temperature controls and an advanced airflow design for fast, even cooking and baking. With a compat footprint the machine has a cooking chamber measuring 9 inch H by 18-3/4 inch W and 13-3/4 inch D. Heat setting range from 175 to 500 F. Dura-body heavy duty stainless steel construction and high "R" value insulation make this oven ideal for catering and concession environments.

    Great Oven for a Big Party, Baking

    The oven arrived very quickly and was perfectly packed. The fact that the oven is 115V provided great flexibility for placement. Warm-up is fast and the convection fan has plenty of power. The only downside of the blower is the sound it makes, which starts up the moment the unit is turned-on. The racks are well spaced and we had two baking dishes and a pan of rolls in at the same time. We will use this oven for years to come, and will have the best baked goods in the family.
