This high performance Convection Oven uses less energy than a typical electric, counter-top oven with the powerful temperature range you expect from Cadco. With an advanced airflow designed the oven is made for fast, and even cooking and baking. The dura-body heavy duty stainless steel construction make it the perfect oven for high-demand environments including busy kitchens or mobile concession stands. The 18-3/4" W x 11-3/4" H cooking chambers has space for 4 shelves, and holds (4) 1/2 size sheet pans.
  • 175 - 500 F heat settings.
  • 1.75 cubic feet cooking chamber (half-size).
  • 208-240v, 2700w, 11.25A, NEMA 6-15 plug.
  • NSF Listed, MET to UL

The external front-to-back depth of the OV-023 unit is 23-3/4". The dimensions of the cooking chamber itself is 18-3/4"W x 13-3/4"D x 11-3/4"H.
