This double countertop buffet server comes with two 2/3 size stainless steel pans that are covered by clear polycarbonate lids that have slots for utensils. It also comes with variable heat controls that allow you to set the temperature anywhere from 155 to 205 degrees Fahrenheit and stay cool handles that protect from accidental burns.
