sous-vide cooking container
I was looking for a container to use for sous-vide cooking using the PolyScience Sous-Vide Professional. This container is the perfect depth for this machine, allowing the heater/circulator to reach the right depth require the minimal amount of water. Plus, the clear container makes it easy to see if the pouches are positioned well or need adjustment.
