The unique design of theARC XL-136 Edlund Manual Slicer with 3/8 inch blades gives it advantages that other slicers just can't meet, and its XL size makes it the perfect option for restaurants looking to chop and slice lots of ingredients. The fruits and vegetables that you want to chop are loaded into its slicing bay and then you pull down on the lever. The fruits and vegetables are chopped exactly, safely, and consistently every time.
The removable blade cartridge and pusher assembly makes for easy clean up, and that clean up is aided even further by this slicer's status as dishwasher safe. It's easy to disassemble, put into the dishwasher and then reassemble. No problem! The Front Load design accepts 1/2 and full pans up to 6 inch high, so you can slice ingredient after ingredient. This product is NSF-Listed.
