Steps, and therefore time, can be saved by having a Back Bar Cooler close at hand for the storage of bottles and cans. A two-section unit with two doors offers 20.09 cubic feet of space, which means less frequent restocking, and, again, time saved. This one has a galvanized steel interior encased by a black textures laminate vinyl exterior. The 304 stainless steel counter-top is a great work surface for pouring and mixing. Insulation comes from 1-3/4 inch polyurethane foam. The condenser for this self-contained unit is located in a removable side panel, and slides out readily for cleaning and maintenance. Environmentally-friendly R-134A refrigerant is used. The air defrost feature is electrically timed, which keeps the schedule for defrosting in sync with the operational schedule of your bar. The doors have smooth recessed handles and can be locked. Snap-in magnetic gaskets keep the unit air tight and are also removable for cleaning. Frame perimeter heaters are added to prevent the build-up of condensation. Four epoxy coated wire shelves, or two per each section, come standard with this cooler. Fluorescent lighting is standard as well, and has its own power switch, so you may opt to turn it off and save energy. The temperature range of the cooler is between 33 and 41F, and is set and adjusted using push buttons. A microchip monitors the accuracy of the temperature, and a digital control allows you to see it verified. The cooler can rests on optional 2.5 inch casters (sold separately).
