Does this product operate by electricity, can I make donuts with it do I need fire hood, can I use this in my kitchen, do I need fire inspector do I have to meet city & state codes to use this fryer?

This Donut fryer is electric. The voltage is 208/240 volt. Hood requirements vary upon location and use of the fryer. If this is for a commercial operation it is always best to check with the local jurisdiction having authority on their requirements for ventilation and fire suppression.
