This air-cooled Hoshizaki ice maker can produce up to 890lbs of cubelet style ice every 24 hours, perfect for both food service and healthcare applications. This model comes with an infrared bun sensor that keeps the level of ice in the dispensing unit and storage bin at a manageable level. It also uses Hoshizaki's HohsiGuard Plus Antimicrobial Agent in unison with a system flush every 2 hours to remove any sediment and keep it sanitary.
