This Hoshizaki ice machine uses an air-cooled condenser in unison with a stainless-steel evaporator plate to produce up to 1513lbs of individual crescent ice every 24 hours. This unit is stackable to provide double the ice production in the same floor space. This ice maker is protected with HoshiGuard Plus Antimicrobial Agent to prevent bacteria and slime from building up inside the machine.
