This Ice-O-Matic cube-style ice maker is perfect for any small-scale commercial kitchen environment. This unit is capable of producing up to 316lbs of ice per day and features a water-cooled design that eliminates the need to clean or replace air filters. Ice-O-Matic's built-in PURE ICE antimicrobial protection system ensures that you are serving only the cleanest ice. This unit also has Harvest Assist technology that allows the machine to produce ice at a consistent and efficient rate by pushing ice into the bin as it is frozen, rather than waiting for gravity to overpower the scale.
