"The bags work great. We did a catering event, and I left the food in the bags until it was needed. In the past I would have arrived at the venue, and placed the pans in the chafing dishes to hold them. This time I left the pans in the bags, and the speeches ran 45 minutes over. I removed them as the speeches concluded, and it was as if I pulled them straight out of the oven."
