Lodge Logic Cast Iron Skillet. Distinctly versatile of preparing entrees, appetizers and desserts - cast Iron keeps hot foods hot and cold foods cold better than any other product on the market. 

Lodge Logic cookware is electrostatically coated with proprietary vegetable oil, and cured at high temperatures to allow the oil to deeply penetrate the surface of the cast iron.

Excellent Quality and Affordable

I have several Lodge cast iron products and I use the regularly in all my cooking. You can run this pan as hot as you dare without hurting it so it works great for steaks. The pans are significantly heavier than other types of cookware and the heat transfer works wonders.
