I filled it with soap, but it does not dispense when I scrub with it? What am I doing wrong?

The Scrubby Buddy has a little plastic piece that is located on the center of the unit that need to be pressed in for the soap to dispense. To insure that this piece is activated you will need to press the scrubby buddy down until this piece is full pressed in.
