Great Customer Service
In October I was in search of a $30 coin changer. Carl was keeping me updated as manufacturer was changing dates on when they were due back in stock. I had to cancel that order, to NO fault of J.E.S. I was so impressed with your customer service. Last week, my husband and I was on another mission to purchase an automatic ice maker for our home. On friday I called the large Atlanta local restaurant equipment store to purchase over the phone and pick it up the next day. They said I would have to p/u during the week and if they delivered the free delivery wouldn't be free. I remembered how I was helped with J.E.S. and told large Atlanta local I would find it somewhere else. His last customer service words to me were...I doubt it, Good Luck! I immediately called Carl. Unit was in stock, being shipped to Atlanta area and we are scheduled to receive ice maker tomorrow. AND... J.E.S. had a better price than large Atlanta local. Wonderful customer service! Thanks Carl for all your help!
