The Economy Series Shortening Shuttle® 01-SS-709-T cooking oil waste carrier is low-cost way to effectively drain your fryer oil safely and quickly. Featuring a 0.10 thick aluminum construction and a periscope-shape design, this unit is easy to use: simply slide it under your fryer drain, empty the grease into its mouth, wheel the carrier to your dumpster, lift, and dump. You have just disposed your grease without creating a mess!
The Shortening Shuttle® also features double walled seams and deep weld penetration, which prevents grease leaks. It has a perforated baffle screen to prevent splashing and to catch large debris.
