Be Careful - Read before you buy CLM-300
I bought one of these Fleetwood CLM-300 Dough Sheeter machines and it was delivered a week ago. I tried it on my pastry dough and it messed up the dough. I tried several settings but the same result - the dough came out falling apart. I called the company and was told this machine can only process certain types of dough - it cannot process pastry dough!

Great Dough Roller
the experience was fine, and I made use of the phone connection to get info not supplied on the site. All in all it was a good experience

No. Skyfood has two different models of this unit: CLM-300 for 12" or CLM-400 for 16". They are not adjustable for either size.
