Featuring a powerful 30,000 BTU burner per 12" section, this griddle uses a 1" thick, 30" deep polished rolled steel plate for superior heat retention and cooking capacity. The exclusive "NO COLD" Zone ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface, while Insta-on thermostatic controls offer accurate temperature settings from 200°F to 550°F perfect for high-volume cooking with consistent results.
Constructed for durability and ease of maintenance, this gas griddle features a stainless steel front, vent, and sides, with aluminized steel on the rear and bottom panels. Reinforced, insulated double-wall sides improve efficiency, while the fully welded griddle plate, high splash guards, and large-capacity grease drawer help keep your workspace clean. With added safety features like a flame failure device and electronic spark ignition, this extra-deep griddle is ideal for commercial kitchens that demand both high output and reliability.
