This gas-operated griddle sits on your kitchen's counter top and has the power to fry burgers, pancakes, and Philly cheese steaks from dawn to dusk. Working off a 40,000 BTU gas burner setup, this manual griddle provides a uniformly hot cooking surface from corner to corner without any cold spots.

The griddle plate attached to the HDG-24-M is 1" thick, 24" wide, and made of polish rolled steel—a hardy, reliable, easy-to-clean surface. The front and sides of this unit are also made of stainless steel so the rest of the griddle's body is resilient and resistant to corrosion. This griddle also includes several features that make work in the kitchen easier. It has a protected flue opening, reinforced insulated double wall sides, an electronic spark ignition, and large capacity grease drawers. The HDG-24-M is NSF- and CSA-Approved.
