This 48 inch wide griddle features a one inch thick polished steel griddle plate, which boasts a corner-to-corner uniform heat distribution and almost instantaneous heat recovery. Its stainless steel construction plus its spatula-width grease trough means easy cleaning when your cooks need a wiped down grill quick.
The front and sides of this unit are made of damage-protected and corrosion-resistant 430 & 304 stainless steel, and its ignition is spark-activated and powered by a housed battery. Along with every unit is included a flame failure device and splash guards. TheHDG-48-M Southbend is NSF-Approved and CSA-Approved.
