Designed for versatility, it includes electronic spark ignition and a grease drawer with a large capacity, making it easy to use and maintain in fast-paced environments.
Constructed with stainless steel front, vent, and sides, and aluminized steel rear and bottom panels, this griddle is both durable and easy to clean. It also boasts reinforced, insulated double-wall sides for better heat retention and efficiency. The 5" high rear and 4" side splash guards, along with a fully welded griddle plate and protected exhaust vent, ensure safety and cleanliness during operation.
