This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a ventless, electric, double deck, bakery cavity depth, 22 kW of power, with standard controls. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard depth ovens accommodate one full-size (18"x26") sheet pan per oven rack from left to right in the oven.
Ventless design allows flexible installation without external ducting.
Bakery depth accommodates full-size baking pans and large-volume cooking.
Dependent glass doors open a full 180° for improved access and minimal heat loss.
High-efficiency heating elements ensure rapid preheat and consistent baking.
Two-speed ½ HP fan motor distributes heat evenly for uniform results.
Energy-saving glass windows retain heat while allowing visibility.
Stainless steel exterior (front, top, and sides) offers lasting durability and easy cleaning.
Slide-out, plug-in control panel enables quick, full-access servicing.
Coved porcelain interior is fastener-free for easy cleaning and optimized airflow.
