It's quartz infrared heating elements (3 above, 2 below) and variable speed, stainless steel conveyor belt cut down on cooking time and provide a much more efficient and accurate cooking experience thanks to their ability to be adjusted independently of each other. This oven also has 6-1/2 in. loading and unloading areas that come with a removable crumb tray to make clean up a breeze.
