The nickel plated steel kettle lifts out for easy cleaning, and has a 15 lb. capacity for easy frying of most small batch items. The 301HLF countertop fryer features a responsive, snap-action thermostat that provides quick response to temperature changes and ensures consistent frying. Includes two large frying baskets to allow for continuous frying during peak business hours.
