Designed for the most demanding food service operations, the Star-Max® gas hot plate features four 25,000 BTU manually-controlled burners. The aluminized steel body and drip pan are constructed for lasting durability, while the heavy duty cast iron grates are built to stand up to constant use. The cool to the touch stainless steel bull nose front protects knobs from heat for a more safe and comfortable work zone. The compact size of the 604HF makes it ideal for small kitchens with limited floor space.
