This 36 in. gas charbroiler utilizes natural lava rock briquettes to evenly heat the cooking surface while at the same time vaporizing any drippings which greatly reduces flare ups. This model is shipped with natural gas hookups but can be converted to liquid propane with the include conversion kit. This model is heated by high performance cast iron 20,000 BTU burners placed every six inches and controlled by manual control knobs. The stainless steel construction, 5 in. splash guard, and large capacity drip pan make this product very easy to keep clean.
