This 36 in. wide stainless steel hotplate is the perfect addition to any food service application where space might be an issue. Although it is compact, this model can handle any job required of it thanks to it's 6 30,000 BTU cast iron burners which come with a non-tilt design that makes it easy to slide pots and pans between burners. Another great feature of this hotplate is the anti-clogging burner and pilot light as well as the included removable crumb catcher which allows you to effortlessly clean and maintain it. This model comes with natural gas hookups but a conversion kit is provided for conversion to liquid propane.
