This high capacity 72 in. radiant gas charbroiler comes with 30% more cooking space allowing it to meet and exceed the demands of the most demanding, high volume kitchens. The exclusive 20,000 BTU radiant burners in this model are spaced every 6 in. for maximum temperature control and come with flavor enhancing grooves which deliver more heat than traditional radiant burners and will not warp or crack due to thermal shock. Several features including a large capacitywater pan, 5 in. tapered splash guard, and stainless steel construction make it easy to keep this charbroiler clean and looking like new. Another important safety feature of this model is the cool-to-the-touch bull nose front which is included to provide protection for the manual control knobs and ensure a comfortable work environment.
