It looks more like furniture than restaurant equipment. This self-contained Harmony® Refrigerated Service Case with a wood grain finish gives a warm, friendly appeal to your deli or bakery. A curved glass front provides a more complete view of your fare, and lifts for simple cleaning. Both the interior and trim are black, adding a touch of classic elegance to the case and highlighting the three lighted glass shelves which hold your delicious options. These shelves are both removable and adjustable.
Rear sliding doors toward the top of the case allow access for stocking, serving and cleaning the case. Mirrored end panels reflect a view of what you've prepared from all sides as your customers stand before the case making their choices. The self-contained refrigeration keeps the temperature at 40F or less. The compressor has a rear intake and front discharge, so the toe kick cannot be blocked. A condensate pan is included. Structural concepts provides a one year warranty on parts and labor and a five year warranty on the compressor.
