Product Description

The Super Pan II, a half size Steam Table Pan that's 2.5" deep, has reinforced corners and an anti-jamming design. The capacity of this pan is stamped on the bottom as an easy reference for accurate yield and portion control. The curved interior corners are shaped to the spoon, which also maximizes yield and makes cleaning easier. Flat edges and corners keep the pans tightly in the wells, sealing in the temperatures and keeping them more even.
