The Signature Server Classic Bain Marie Hot Food Station, with its 5-pan size open bath Bain Marie well, is an optimal way to keep your buffet items hot and fresh without the drying that keeping foods heated can bring. The entire base is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel, with black laminate, and stainless steel corner trim. The top is constructed of 300 series stainless steel and the heating elements are 625W. There's also a single drain, with the drain hose on the operator's side of the base. The thermostat is controlled by a single dial. As are many of Vollrath's products, it's made in the USA.
