The foods you serve in your cafeteria or on your buffet need to be excellent. They should be warm, when appropriate, and never dried out. That's why you need to consider a Top Mount Four Well Electric Drop-in Hot Food Well. The wells on this unit are created with that purpose in mind. Each measures 20" x 12" x 6-3/8" . The piece has a 1" manifold drain, with individual drain shut-offs, which means not having the entire unit out of commission in order to repair one well or drain. Additionally, the wells are thermostatically controlled, which means the temperature in the well doesn't seesaw as the level of food in the pan either rises due to refilling or lowers due to serving. A drip-free flange keeps the area around your drop-in dry and clean. A wide corner radius also facilitates cleaning. Fiber insulation on all four sides, between the wells, and under the elements, does wonders for maintaining the temperature and keeping your energy costs down. Adjustable mounting clips and a full perimeter gasket expedite installation time.
