You take your restaurant very seriously, and so do we. That's why we're offering this stainless steel Hot Modular Drop-In Food Well offers four separate wells. Its defining attribute is thermostatic control, which ensures that the 6-3/8" deep wells maintain their temperature regardless of what happens with the temperature in the pans. Neither adding to the food level by refilling nor depleting the food level by serving, nor even extremes in ambient temperature determine the temperature of these 1000W wells. These wells also auto-fill, and that's wonderful, because it's one less thing you have to think about in a busy restaurant kitchen. The manifold drain is another highly practical strong point because it provides individual drain shut-offs for each well, so one well or drain can be in repair without the entire piece of equipment being down for the count. The well operates efficiently either moist or dry. Wide corners with a 7/8" radius simplify cleaning this unit, and the drip-free flange lowers the occurrence of messes in the first place by preventing dripping around the drop-in. There's no need for an electrician to install it because it simply plugs in. Installation is furthered along even more by the facts that a full perimeter gasket beneath the unit and adjustable mounting clips to fit any depth of countertop.
