The unique energy-efficient design of Vollrath's Five Well Hot Modular Drop-in offers performance comparable to higher wattage elements at an excellent price. Constructed of 300 series stainless steel, with high density fiber glass insulation, this is a model which will endure even the most demanding foodservice settings. The 6-3/8" food wells feature a drip-free flange to contain moisture and spills, and detachable control unit for remote mounting. The full perimeter gasket under the drip flange reduces installation time and the cord and plug configuration eliminates the need for an electrician. The wells also operate either moist or dry, at 625W. Individual drain shut-offs on the manifold drains are standard, and there's autofill. This unit is available with thermostatic controls.
