Product Description

This drop-in Hot Modular warmer comes with six wells that are thermostatically controlled to allow precise temperature for each well. It also comes with a manifold that drains and an auto-fill reservoir when hooked up to a water supply and drain line. It has a flange that prevents dripping and each well is 6-3/8" deep. The most advantageous part of this hot food unit is that it can operate in either moist or dry conditions. The side dial controls operate on 625 watts per well. The cord and plug configuration eliminates need for electrician. The full perimeter gasket under drip flange reduces installation time. It also features zero clearance for flexibility in installation.
