This Three-Well Hot Short Sided Drop-In, with infinite controls, turns full size pans sideways for more narrow presentation and easy reach. It's constructed of 18/8 stainless steel with polyurethane foam insulation., with a full perimeter drip edge. The well size is 20" x 12" x 8" , and the energy usage is 1000W per well. It features an autofill and manifold drains, with a drain plug included. The overall dimensions of this unit are 66-7/8" x 18" .
