ServeWell® hot food station is constructed of stainless steel and features one undershelf a 7-1/2” wide plate shelf and 3/8” thick cutting board. All wells are equipped with brass drain valves and wide no-drip lips. Rust-resistant thermoset wells insulate and concentrate heat into water bath while dome elements transfer heat directly into water bath. Accommodates full and fractional-size pans up to 4” deep and can be used with standard adapter plates an insets for serving flexibility.

    Electric Steam Table

    We are very happy with our steam table, the 3 stainless steel wells get hot quick and stay hot, and it holds just the right amount of food. The low water light has been super helpful too.
