High-density glass fiber insulation ensures heat retention, and spillage pans are required for use, sold separately.
The unit is -certified and includes a buffet-style acrylic breath guard as standard, with a cafeteria-style option available. Factory-installed UL-listed lighting assembly is optional, showcasing food effectively (bulbs not included).
