This commercial strength meat grinder from Vollrath features a highly portable and compact design that is perfect for saving counter space in any butcher shop, supermarket, deli, or pizza shop. The easy to clean, stainless steel body measures in at just over 9" wide, and the energy efficient motor and heavy duty grinding head are capable of grinding approximately 220 lbs. of meat per hour. The grinder features both a forward and reverse switch in the event of a clog, and the stainless steel grinder head and food pan are dishwasher safe for quick and easy clean up. The exterior case has been carefully finished to leave no sharp corners or seams, making this grinder attractive enough to use in front of your customers in an open kitchen.
