The Mirage Induction Rethermalizer, through the use of induction, heats foods such as soup without using water, and does so fairly quickly, heating refrigerated foods to 165F in less than 90 minutes. Induction rethermalization uses less energy than the traditional water bath method, and it also heats more evenly, thus improving the food quality. The 7470110 has a stainless steel body that's sleek, easily cleaned and matches any decor. The heat sensors prevent burning and its subsequent food waste. With three soup presets, a rethermalize mode and a stirring indicator, this is a terrific way to heat soup.
